About the game
gomoking.com is gomoku on the back page of a school notebook: five in a row on a 15 × 15 board against Rowie at three difficulty levels, or against another logged-in player. The game is free, with no ads and no in-game purchases. The Czech version runs at pisqorky.cz.
Rowie, his drawing, name and lines are the work of the operator and are protected by copyright. You may play the game and share a link to it, but you may not copy its artwork or code without our permission.

Rules of use
Account
- You need an account to play: a nickname and a password. E-mail is optional; it's handy if you forget your password and for news, if you ask for it.
- You are responsible for your password. Don't share it and don't reuse a password from elsewhere.
- A nickname must not be vulgar, offensive, impersonate someone else or contain contact details. We may rename or close such an account.
- You can close your account at any time by e-mailing info@lioned.cz, see Privacy.
Play and fair conduct
- Five identical marks in a row, across, down or diagonally, win. In a game between two players each has one minute per move. If you don't make it, you lose. Whoever loses the connection for more than a minute and a half forfeits the game.
- Don't use tools that play for you, and don't create multiple accounts to get around a block.
- Be civil in the chat. Swearing, threats, harassment, spam, links to other websites and sharing other people's personal details are not allowed. You can block another player at any time; they can then neither challenge you nor message you.
- We store the chat so that we can handle complaints. If you break the rules we may restrict or close your account.
Availability and liability
- The game is provided free of charge, as is. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that scores are kept forever; we may change, suspend or end the game.
- We are not responsible for what other players write in the chat, but we act on reports.
- We may update these rules. A new version will be published on this page with its effective date; for substantial changes we'll also let you know in the game.
Privacy
We try to collect only what the game really needs. Here is what we hold about you, why and for how long.

Who has access
Only the operator. The data runs on the operator's server in the Czech Republic (EU). We don't sell it, don't transfer it outside the EU and use no third-party advertising or analytics services. The page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; Google sees your browser's IP address for that request and receives nothing else from us.
Your rights
- You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, erasure (closing the account), restriction of processing, or object to it. You can withdraw consent to news via the link in every e-mail or by writing to us.
- Write to info@lioned.cz from the e-mail on your account, or state your nickname and confirm ownership by logging in. We reply within 30 days.
- When an account is closed we delete the nickname, password, e-mail and blocks; played games remain as anonymous data, with no link to you, for improving Rowie.
- If you believe we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.gov.cz, or to your local supervisory authority.
Children
Anyone can play. A nickname is all it takes, and we collect nothing more about children. If you are under 15, you may sign up for e-mail news only with a parent's consent. If we learn that we hold a child's data without consent, we delete it.
